About Us
Founded in 2022 by Phillip Stone and Stuart Coussins, EdxChange was formed to provide guidance and best practice consultation on how to successfully navigate the UK Further and Higher Education sectors. EdxChange understands the growing marketplace of the Private FE and HE sector and how to best manage organisational growth and development.
Drawing from their combined, 20 years sector experience, both directors have an understanding and passion for what makes FE and HE education successful for both students and organisations.
Both directors have a demonstrated track record for student satisfaction management, improving quality of outcomes, business development, business analysis, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, partnership management and how to implement systems and processes.

Phillip Stone
Experienced manager with a demonstrated history of success working in the further education sector. Skilled in Relationship Management, Innovation, Process Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Lecturing, Sales Management, and Public Speaking.
Stuart Coussins
Student centred Higher Education manager, delivering regulatory compliance, growth & enhancement in the HE & FE Sector
Led only one of ten institutions nationally to receive a 100% student satisfaction rating in the annual National Student Survey. With the Highest overall satisfaction in East Anglia in 2021.
